TRX® is Total Body Resistance Training
In our 45-minute classes, you'll build strength and balance using a TRX® suspension strap, gravity, and your body weight. No bulky machines or heavy weights. You control the challenge of each exercise by simply adjusting your body position to add or decrease resistance.
