What is TRX?

TRX® means Total Body Resistance training. You build strength using TRX straps, your body weight, and gravity instead of machines and weights. You control each challenge by simply adjusting your body position to increase or decrease resistance. The only person you compete with is yourself — how nice is that?

Mondays 8:30 a.m. & 11:30 a.m.

Wednesdays 8:30 a.m.
